FMS and MCS functional tests

The Moka system is currently undergoing certification as a medical device.

The Moka system provides information used to identify asymmetries resulting in functional motor deficits (FMS tests), aimed at detecting imbalances in the patient’s mobility and stability during 7 basic movement patterns.

The Moka system supports doctors and physical therapists in assessing the risk of injury in the so-called non-contact mechanism (MCS tests). The assessment covers movement limitations, possible asymmetries, the quality of mobility and stability, as well as the motor control of the patient being examined.

The purpose of MCS (Movement Composition Screen) tests is to assess the risk of injury. The assessment covers movement restrictions, possible asymmetries, the quality of mobility and stability, as well as the motor control of the patient being examined.

Thanks to these tests, it is possible to precisely identify the areas requiring special attention in the patient and then implement appropriate preventive or therapeutic measures aimed at strengthening them and improving overall fitness.
